Taylor Fritz Retains Delray Beach Open Title with Victory Over Tommy Paul

In an inclement weather-delayed final at the Delray Beach Open on Monday, Taylor Fritz successfully defended his title, defeating fellow American Tommy Paul. The No. 1 seed, Fritz, secured a 6-2, 6-3 victory over the No. 3 seed Paul, becoming the second player in tournament history to achieve back-to-back victories, a feat previously accomplished by Jason Stoltenberg in 1996-97. Fritz’s win marked his sixth consecutive finals triumph, dating back to the start of the 2022 season.
