As a freshman, he was named First Team All-PCAC and First Team PCAC All-Freshman, averaging 14.4 points per game.

Green played his high school basketball at Franklin High School in Elk Grove, California.

He joins incoming players Mason Abittan, Dravyn Gibbs-Lawhorn, Tyrin Jones, and Emmanuel Stphen as part of the 2025-26 recruiting class. Returning players James Evans Jr. and Jacob Bannarbie have also committed to remain with the team.
