According to SBA, Woo brings more than a decade of experience in strategy development, corporate planning, and business transformation.

SBA President Lawrence Leow noted that the selection process involved several rounds of interviews with candidates from diverse backgrounds.

“The final interview panel, which included senior representatives from the Singapore Sport Institute and SBA’s executive committee, was highly impressed by Woo’s strategic planning vision,” Leow said. “His approach covered grassroots participation, athlete development, stakeholder engagement, and organizational growth. We look forward to working with him.”
