No. 32 Arizona State men’s tennis (9-6) is set for two crucial matchups in Texas as it begins a stretch of Big 12 play. The Sun Devils will face No. 17 Baylor (13-7) on Friday, March 21, before taking on No. 2 TCU (13-2) in Fort Worth on Sunday, March 23. Friday’s match begins at 4 p.m. MST, while Sunday’s contest is set for 11 a.m. MST.
Sun Devils Riding Momentum
ASU enters the weekend on a three-match winning streak, including a 4-3 victory over then-No. 14 Baylor in the UTR College Championships last weekend. Leading the charge is Bor Artnak, who was named Big 12 Men’s Player of the Week.
The Sun Devils have two ranked singles players—Artnak (#50) and Mathis Bondaz (#110)—both of whom went undefeated last weekend. ASU also boasts two ranked doubles pairs: Artnak and Matic Dimic (#48), as well as Artnak and Daniel Phillips (#66).
Scouting No. 17 Baylor

In doubles, the Horned Frogs are equally dominant, led by the nation’s No. 1 duo of Vives and Maxted. Their second-ranked pair, Pinnington and Woestendick, checks in at No. 56.
