“The WBIT selection committee is excited to announce this year’s tournament following the success of last year’s inaugural event,” Burke said. “With 100 NCAA teams competing in the NCAA Division I Women’s Basketball Championship and WBIT, it reflects the incredible growth and excitement for women’s basketball. We congratulate all 32 teams and look forward to a great tournament.”
