The Patriot League’s regular season wrapped up on Wednesday, with Lehigh securing the No. 1 seed and the regular-season championship. Army West Point finished in second place, while Colgate took the No. 3 spot. Navy claimed the final top-four seed after a win over Boston University and a loss by Holy Cross, securing a home quarterfinal game.
Lehigh concluded the regular season with a 15-3 record, marking their first regular-season title since 2010-11, when they shared the championship with Navy and American. Their last outright regular-season title was in 2008-09.
The 2025 PenFed Credit Union Patriot League Women’s Basketball Championship will begin with the first round on Saturday, March 8. No. 10 American will face No. 7 Lafayette in Easton, with the winner advancing to play No. 2 Army West Point in the quarterfinals. No. 9 Loyola Maryland will travel to No. 8 Boston University, with the winner facing No. 1 Lehigh.
Quarterfinal action will start Monday, March 10. No. 3 Colgate will host No. 6 Bucknell at 6 p.m., and No. 4 Navy will play No. 5 Holy Cross at 7 p.m. All quarterfinal games will be streamed live on ESPN+.
