Colorado College Freshman Ally Lowe Named SCAC Women’s Tennis Player of the Week

Colorado College freshman Ally Lowe has been named the SCAC Women’s Tennis Player of the Week for her performance in matches played from February 17 to February 23.

Lowe, from Arvada, Colo., went undefeated at the No. 2 spot for the Tigers, winning both of her matches. She first defeated Kim Heddes of Division II Metro State 6-1, 6-4, and then earned a 7-5, 4-1 win over Victoria Campigotto of Barton Community College.

Despite the Tigers’ 5-2 loss to Metro State, they bounced back with a 6-1 victory over Barton, bringing their season record to 3-2.

Colorado College will return to action on Thursday, March 13, against Marist College.
