The U.S. men’s national soccer team is set to face Costa Rica in a friendly match on January 22 at Inter&Co Stadium in Orlando, Florida. This match is part of a series of two games that will take place without Europe-based players, following a training camp under new head coach Mauricio Pochettino.
The friendly against Costa Rica will follow an earlier match against Venezuela on January 18 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Both games fall outside FIFA international fixture dates, meaning the roster will predominantly feature players from Major League Soccer.
