While winning may not be everything, it certainly opens doors to numerous opportunities. The women’s volleyball program at Butler County Community College (BC3) is a testament to this principle.
Head coach Rob Snyder, a Butler resident, has led the Pioneers for 26 seasons, achieving an impressive 475-168 record. Under his guidance, the team has secured 14 regional championships and made four appearances at the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) national tournament. This season, the Pioneers finished with a remarkable 25-2 record and placed ninth at the NJCAA Nationals in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
