Utah Jazz forward Lauri Markkanen was forced to exit Tuesday’s game against the San Antonio Spurs in the closing moments of the fourth quarter due to a collision with Spurs’ Victor Wembanyama. Markkanen was assisted to the locker room, and the team later diagnosed him with a left knee contusion.
