The Kentucky Wildcats wrapped up their preseason games last night, leaving fans excited for the regular season. The game against Minnesota State started off slow for Kentucky, with a 2/11 record from beyond the arc and a one-point lead at 20-19. However, the team made a 23-4 run and finished the first half with a comfortable lead of 43-23, thanks to Jaxson Robinson’s five 3-pointers.
Robinson continued to impress, finishing the game with a total of eight 3-pointers on just 12 attempts. This brings his total to 13 in the two preseason games, making him a player to watch this season. Kentucky almost reached 100 points again, finishing with 98 and making 13 3-pointers while shooting 53.6% from the field.
With the regular season set to begin on Monday, November 4th, against Wright State, anticipation is high among fans.
