New tennis facilities are set to be developed at the K Club resort in Straffan

Kildare County Council has received a planning application for the project.

The plan includes the construction of two covered Padel tennis courts.

These courts will feature lighting and be enclosed with glass, supported by a steel frame and a fabric roof.

The new facilities will be located on land east of the K Club hotel, within an existing parking area, covering a total site area of 603 square meters.
