Herman Narula, CEO of Improbable, stated: “This season’s partnership with MLB highlights the growing role of virtual environments in sports. They transform the fan experience, especially as only a small fraction of fans can attend live games. Our virtual worlds offer a social, immersive, and interactive experience. With advancements in Web3 and sports focusing on community, fans can now engage more deeply through digital assets and new forms of interaction. This enhances the connection between leagues and their audiences, bringing transparency, security, and innovative engagement methods while attracting younger fans.”
