Trailing 4-3 with two outs in the ninth inning, the Marlins staged a dramatic comeback. First baseman Josh Bell, ending a tough 0-for-23 slump, delivered an RBI double just beyond the outstretched glove of left fielder Tommy Pham. Following an intentional walk to Jesus Sanchez, Burger stepped up and crushed a 99-mph fastball from closer Michael Kopech, who blew the save opportunity.
