Patrice Alberganti, a former player of Nice, recently commented on the rumors circulating about the potential departure of the French club’s sporting director, Florent Ghisolfi, to Roma.
Speaking on France Blue Azur, Alberganti expressed his concerns, stating, “Losing him would be disconcerting. He completed all his objectives, did a great job, and there were high expectations for him.”
Alberganti also questioned the brevity of Ghisolfi’s tenure at Nice, remarking, “I don’t understand why Ghisolfi lasted so little at Nice given everything they did to get him.”
Regarding the potential departures of Ghisolfi and Farioli, Alberganti emphasized the need for swift action, suggesting, “If he and Farioli have to leave, let them do so quickly so that the club can replace them immediately and plan for the future.”
