The Packers’ offensive display was complemented by Romeo Doubs, who notched two touchdown receptions in the game, offering a glimpse of a promising future for Green Bay after parting ways with franchise icon Aaron Rodgers.
In contrast, Justin Fields of the Chicago Bears completed 24 of 37 passes for 216 yards, including one touchdown and one interception. Darnell Mooney and Roschon Johnson each contributed a touchdown for the Bears.
Green Bay took control of the game in the second half, with Aaron Jones emerging as a key player. Jones, who accumulated 41 rushing yards and 86 receiving yards, found the end zone both on the ground and through the air.
Jones extended the Packers’ lead with a 1-yard rushing touchdown, making it 17-6 with 10:19 left in the third quarter. His impressive 51-yard reception set up the score.

The Bears mounted a comeback in the third quarter, narrowing the gap to 24-14. Mooney’s 20-yard touchdown reception and Khalil Herbert’s successful two-point conversion energized Chicago.
Nevertheless, Green Bay responded swiftly, extending their lead to 31-14 with 13:30 remaining in the fourth quarter. Love connected with Doubs for a 4-yard touchdown, marking Doubs’ second touchdown of the game.
The Packers’ defense also made a significant contribution, as linebacker Quay Walker intercepted a pass by Fields and returned it 37 yards for a touchdown, further extending Green Bay’s lead to 38-14.
The final score of the game came from Chicago, as Roschon Johnson rushed for a 2-yard touchdown with 2:54 left.
At halftime, Green Bay held a 10-6 lead, with Doubs scoring the lone touchdown of the first half.
