No. 16-ranked North Florida beach volleyball will host Wingate and Jacksonville on Wednesday at The Cooper Beach Volleyball Complex.
The Ospreys will first take on Wingate at 12 p.m. before facing Jacksonville at 4 p.m. North Florida has already defeated Jacksonville twice this season, sweeping both matches against its crosstown rival.
North Florida has started the season with an impressive 11-1 record, marking its best start through three weekends in program history. The team is also 4-0 at home, with three of those wins coming in straight sets.
Senior Hayden Wooldridge recently made history, earning her 81st and 82nd career wins to surpass Assistant Coach Callie Henderson as the program’s all-time leader in victories.
The Ospreys were ranked No. 16 in the latest AVCA Collegiate Beach Coaches Top 20 Week Three Poll on Tuesday, matching their best ranking in program history. They previously held the same position in the final AVCA poll on May 7, 2024.
Wednesday’s doubleheader marks the start of a six-match home stretch for North Florida. The team will also host the ASUN Midseason Tournament on March 28-29 at The Cooper Beach Volleyball Complex.
