Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnaruma suffered a severe blow to the face and multiple injuries during a dangerous move by Monaco defender Wilfried Singo in a French Ligue 1 showdown on Wednesday. Singo apologized after the game.
